Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our products, you can ask for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of order delivery. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at +91 9916630549 Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm IST for the same.
We have this policy because we strongly believe in the quality of our products, and hope that you will find as much confidence in them as we do.
We'll be able to replace only those items that have not been opened with intact packaging due to reasons of hygiene.
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped. Since we typically ship all pending orders within 24 hours, we request you to place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. You may do so by simply sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (24x7) or by phone at +91 9916630549 (Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm IST). Once your cancellation request is confirmed, any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it would not be possible for us to cancel the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first of all, please check with the customer care of the mode of payment method used as any issue at their backend can't be helped by us.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
